Oppo Find N3 Flip Launched With Faster Chip and Better Cameras

The Find N3 Flip, a new clamshell foldable gadget from Oppo, has been unveiled. By adding the Hasselblad camera system, this iteration distinguishes itself from the Find N2 Flip from the previous year.

It is also the first clamshell to have three primary cameras.

Design and Presentation

The 3.26-inch AMOLED cover screen’s size is unchanging, but it now includes more features. Users no longer need to unfold the Find N3 Flip in order to use a variety of programs and widgets. Numerous travel, navigation, music, and social networking programs are supported on the screen, and it also incorporates smart keys designed specifically for more recent vehicles.

The large 6.8-inch primary LTPO AMOLED screen, which has a resolution of 1080 x 2520 px, is likewise the same. Significant battery life is saved by its variable refresh rate, which ranges from 1 to 120Hz. The Samsung Ultra Thin Glass (UTG)-based panel has a maximum brightness of 1600 nits.

The alert slider has also been taken up by Oppo from OnePlus, a sister business. To switch between the phone’s ringing modes, it can be placed in three distinct places.

Software and internals
The Oppo Find N3 Flip is equipped with a flagship Dimensity 9200 SoC, 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256 or 512 GB of storage, but no microSD card port.

Android 13 and ColorOS 13.2 are used for the software.

Cameras

The improvements in the camera area are fairly noticeable. The system also includes a newly updated 48MP ultrawide module with a wide 114 field of view. A portrait lens with a 32MP sensor and a 2x optical zoom complements this, with a focal length similar to that of a 47mm lens.

The main camera is a 50MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and 1.0 mm pixel size, which is equivalent to a 24mm focal length. Another noteworthy aspect of this primary camera is optical image stabilization (OIS).

The 32MP selfie camera can capture 4K video at 30 frames per second.

Battery and Price

The battery’s specs remain unchanged as well. Even while these are by no means low numbers, the 4,300 mAh battery cell still uses 44W wired charging technology.

The Oppo Find N3 Flip starts at $932 in China and is available in the colors Black, Gold, and Rose.
